![]() Amazing how nature maintains its pristine identity. Seasons change as per schedule. Spring has launched itself in North America, albeit with some cold gusts of wind where I live. Birds are chirping. Dandelions are spreading their yellow splendor in the green. The evergreen foliage is taking on a new freshness. Leaves have started sprouting on branches. Signs of spring vary in other parts of the world too.
We are well into Ramadan. Hopefully children have been adding to their database of emotions, learning greater empathy, a spirit of giving, more forbearance, a recognition and value for all that they are blessed with as compared to their lesser fortunate counterparts around the world. One prays that they grow up into a cleaner, more compassionate, more tolerant tomorrow! There is no dearth of interesting material available these days to keep children engaged. The Ramadan Special Activity Journal below can be accessed by anyone who would like some assistance in this area. It may be of help to children in the age group of 6-8 years. ![]()
